Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Croftown, we aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. While we take utmost care in handling, we understand that there may be situations where you would like to return or exchange a product. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Return & Refund Policy
- We have a 3-day return window, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to register a return request.
- The return request must be sent to us at support@croftown.com with your Order ID and the reason for return.
- An unboxing video (360° clear video from opening the sealed parcel) is mandatory for all return or damage claims.
Please Note:
- We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
- All eligible returns/exchanges will be compensated in the direct main payment source if paid through payment gateway, or in terms of Croftown Store Credit (Gift Card or Special Discount Coupon) with unlimited validity.
- A reverse shipping fee of ₹59 per order will be deducted from the store credit.
1. Damaged / Missing Product
- We follow a 3-step quality check before dispatch. However, if your product is received in a damaged condition or has missing items, you must inform us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video clearly highlighting the issue.
- Only the damaged/missing item(s) in a multi-product order will be considered.
- Once verified, store credit equivalent to the product value (minus reverse shipping charges) will be issued within 7 working days after we receive the return.
- Requests without valid unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
2. Dislike / Change of Mind
- If you simply dislike a product or change your mind after receiving product in that case no refund will be provided.
· In case of replacement
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
A reverse shipping fee of ₹60 will be deducted.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 7 working days.
If the return does not meet our quality checks, the request may be rejected.
3. Important Notes
- Return/exchange requests will be processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis.
- Products bought under special promotions, clearance sales, festive offers, or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Combo packs or gift boxes cannot be partially returned; only the complete set is eligible.
- In rare cases where a reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we may request you to ship the product to us via an alternate courier service.
Cancellation Policy
- Due to operational constraints, we do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed.
- Customers are requested to avoid impulsive purchases and review their cart carefully before checkout.
- In case of accidental duplicate payments or technical errors, please write to us at support@croftown.com within 24 hours for resolution.
